The personal side of personal injury

Island Injury Attorneys grew from a simple promise: real people deserve real advocacy. Matthew and Jessica Scutt founded the firm to bring hands-on counsel to personal injury cases, consumer matters, and select civil disputes across coastal and South Texas. From our transition from Scutt Law PLLC to a fresh island identity, our mission stays the same—listen first, move fast, and keep clients informed. Like the care that goes into our family’s coastal life and farm work, each case is tended with purpose and patience.

FOUNDER - LEAD TRIAL ATTORNEY

Matthew’s path—from late-night gigs to law school to the courtroom—shaped a practical, hard-working style clients appreciate.
